About Us
Sarah, a paraeducator; Brad, an electrical apprentice; and Shawna, a peer support specialist are united by a shared mission: to seamlessly connect individuals experiencing homelessness with their community and the vital services they need. We bridge the gaps in the existing service system by providing immediate and essential support, focusing on the core aspects of well-being and community. We believe in getting to know each person's story, showing them their inherent worth and potential.
Sarah and Brad's Story

It all began with a heartfelt message about a husky in need, which led to a chance meeting with Shawna in Cortez Park. As she embarked on her journey to recovery, a bond blossomed, rich with hope and understanding. The universe conspired in their favor when Sarah met Brad in that same park, and love wove its magic , bound together by a future they envisioned jointly. In the year 2020, as the world faced the challenges of COVID, the trio felt a stirring in their hearts a call to extend their kindness beyond themselves. With a little red wagon as their chariot, they ventured forth, transforming their humble beginnings into a mobile street outreach that touched the lives of many across North and Metro Phoenix. Blessed by the stories they encountered, they became more than just friends, they became a family to the community, offering support, aiding in recovery, and weaving a legacy of love and hope.

Shawna's Story
I got into this work because I spent over 2 years homeless and understand how much treating the homeless like a real person can mean. I have been clean, sober and off the streets for over 8 and a half years but still remember how it felt when out there. Now I get to help people like I once was not only with outreach but also my career.
